CAD design & 3D printing,
engineered properly.

I'm a Mechanical Engineering student at Western University who designs functional parts and assemblies in SolidWorks and Fusion 360 — from concept sketches through detailed models to finished 3D prints.

Muscle Actuator (Course Project)

Muscle Actuator (Course Project)

Modeled a stepper-driven muscle actuator as a full assembly in SolidWorks for product design coursework, with rendered assembled and exploded views and a motion study. The 3D views show the mechanism with the front cover off (fasteners omitted), the key parts on their own, and the outer shell.

Slide-Out MagSafe Charger Mount

Slide-Out MagSafe Charger Mount

Two-part under-monitor mount for a MagSafe charger: the charger press-fits into a slider that rides in a rail, extending to charge and retracting out of sight. Printed iterations refined the sliding fit, cable clearance, and the detents that hold the slider in its three positions.

Heat Transfer Cooling Experiment (Course Project)

Heat Transfer Cooling Experiment (Course Project)

Designed and assembled a cooling experiment using a CPU heat sink and variable-speed fan. Measured temperatures with a T-type thermocouple and NI USB-TC01 in LabVIEW, then analyzed heat transfer performance and time constants in Excel.

Design & print services

CAD modeling

Parts and assemblies modeled from your sketches, photos, or measurements — delivered as STEP, STL, or native SolidWorks/Fusion files with drawings on request.

3D printing

FDM printing in PLA, PETG, and TPU. Functional prototypes, replacement parts, fixtures, and one-off custom pieces.
